"You don't get to choose if you get hurt in this world, but you do have a say in who hurts you."
Who cut the onions?
The trailer was reminiscent to my middle school sob love story guilty pleasure, A Walk to Remember:
A story of two teenagers with cancer who fall in love.
Shailene Woodley won my heart over after I watched her in The Descendants. Sure her acting is extremely odd in The Secret Life of the American Teenager but I swear ABC Family has them all acting the same wavelength on purpose. The scene where she finds out her mom passed away from an accident and her tears just trail down her famous was too real. Girl knows how to cry. But even when she's talking to George Clooney who plays her dad, she's raw and vulnerable. How could you not root for her?
